Why tracking matters between herbal visits

The best signal a formula is working is rarely dramatic. Sleep gets a little deeper. Digestion settles. The afternoon crash is less steep. These shifts are easy to miss when you're inside them.

A one-minute daily check-in — energy, sleep, digestion, mood, aches — gives you a small trail of evidence over two or three weeks. When you look back, patterns appear that you couldn't feel day-to-day.

It also makes follow-up visits more useful. Instead of trying to remember how last week went, you and your practitioner can look at a real record together and adjust the formula from there.

That's what this tracker is for. Not diagnosis, not medical advice — just a quiet way to notice what's changing while your herbs do their work.
